Here’s a homemade workout I made,and you only need one item:
-a box (or something high enough to jump over)
This will be my first exercise I would post here,but it won’t be a long one:
- 25 Cross Jacks
- 25 Jump Overs
- 25 Plank Bunny Hops
- 25 Froggers
- 25 Side Hops + Jabs
- 25 Alternating Side Lunges
- 25 Jump Overs
- 25 Cross Jacks
- 25 Squat + Heel Clicks

Try to finish this in under 5 minutes!
