“The 25 Workout”

Hi everyone!

Here’s a homemade workout I made,and you only need one item:

-a box (or something high enough to jump over)

This will be my first exercise I would post here,but it won’t be a long one:

  • 25 Cross Jacks
  • 25 Jump Overs
  • 25 Plank Bunny Hops
  • 25 Froggers
  • 25  Side Hops + Jabs
  • 25 Alternating Side Lunges
  • 25 Jump Overs
  • 25 Cross Jacks
  • 25 Squat + Heel Clicks

Try to finish this in under 5 minutes!
